Young Health Hub is for young people in Tower Hamlets who want advice, information or support with their health and wellbeing. Whether you're worried about something, have questions, or just need someone to talk to, the team can help.

Sexual Health
- Relationships, consent, and staying safe
- Contraception and emergency contraception
- STI (sexually transmitted infection) advice, testing and referrals
- Confidential sexual health support from a specialist nurse
Drugs, Alcohol, Smoking and Vaping
- Information and advice
- Help to reduce or stop using substances
- Support to stay safe and healthy
- Confidential support for yourself or someone you're worried about
Health and Wellbeing
- Mental and emotional wellbeing
- Friendships and relationships
- Bullying, sleep, body image and healthy lifestyles
- General health advice and support
How do I get support?
You can refer yourself directly through the Young Health Hub website or contact the team for confidential advice and support. A member of the team will help you find the right support for your needs.
