Our four day Careers in Construction Programme introduces you to the world of the built environment. You’ll gain knowledge and skills to help build a rewarding and successful career.
With exposure to colleagues in business areas across Mace Construct, the programme is a fantastic opportunity for you to experience our business first-hand. You’ll find out what it’s like to work with experts in a business where innovation is at the heart of everything we do.
During the four days, you’ll:

- Network and learn from current trainees
- Visit one of our project sites to enhance your understanding our work
- Build your employability and confidence for your career
