What can you expect at UAB 🚵

Come along to Urban Adventure Base for a range of FREE activities, we provide a range of outdoor education and adventurous activities for young people.

We are based in Mile End Park 📍

What's on site:

  • fully accessible gym
  • rock climbing walls and bouldering
  • BMX track
  • Stake park
  • Canoeing and kayaking at Regent's Canal

We recognise the unique contribution and benefits which outdoor education and adventurous activities can bring to young people, including the development of key capabilities such as leadership, teamwork, self-motivation, communication, motivation, and the ability to learn. Sessions are activity focused and include support from professional youth workers.
