We deliver a range of FREE sessions and activities that support children living in care and care leavers to develop new skills, gain new hobbies and meet new friends.

There are many services available for young people who may need support with mental well-being in Tower Hamlets, including, Kooth, Step Forward, Docklands Outreach and many more.

A Young Carer is a person aged 18 or under who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member suffering from: A long-term illness/condition, a physical or learning disability, a drug or alcohol problem, a mental health condition.
