Depending on the support you need, you might meet with a therapist, mental health nurse, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

Who is it for?
For Tower Hamlets residents aged 17 to 30 who are experiencing changes in their mental health, particularly unusual or distressing thoughts, feelings, or experiences.
How does it help?
Support starts with an assessment by a mental health nurse. They will take time to get to know you, understand what you're experiencing, and talk with you about any concerns. Together, you'll agree the support that could help. This might include talking therapies, as well as practical, social, or medical support.

If you're 17 or over, you can self-refer. A family member or someone working with you can also contact the service.
