Where it all begins

If you are at the beginning of your career and have not worked for the BBC before, this could be the scheme for you. Across your placement, you will spend time working with one of the following networks

• BBC Radio 1
• 1Xtra
• Asian Network

You will rotate across different departments, from live shows to social media, music to station sound, getting a flavour of how the station works and receiving hands-on experience and skills
