12-week VOYCE volunteering programme returns
After a successful pilot the VOYCE programme is back!
Young Tower Hamlets are pleased to announce applications will open for the 12 week VOYCE programme on Monday 16 January.
Now is your chance to get hands on experience and gain valuable skills to add to your cv!

Applications for this years VOYCE programme will open at 9am on Monday 16 February.
The Youth Leadership Programme offers 8 young people (aged 16-21 year olds, and up to 25 for SEND) exciting volunteer roles.
Over 12 weeks, you'll receive training, mentoring, and hands on experience delivering projects in local youth centres and collaborating with council staff.
There are 4 areas our volunteer programme overs:
Arts and Heritage Leaders (x2 roles available)
Sports and Adventure Leaders (x2 roles available)
Green Youth Leaders (x2 roles available)
Community Action Youth Leaders (x2 roles available).

Youth Leaders and Youth Volunteers Awards 2025
Last year, we celebrated 35 young people for outstanding leadership and volunteering within the community.
