Duke of Edinburgh's Award 🏆

After a long pause, Urban Adventure Base is proud to have led its first open-access Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expedition since the pandemic, and what an incredible journey it was!

A group of young people from Tower Hamlets headed out to the wilds of Epping Forest 🌲 for an unforgettable three-day challenge, tackling Silver Practice and Bronze Qualifying Expeditions. From navigating trails to pitching tents and cooking meals under the stars, our young explorers absolutely smashed it!

The best part? Many of them have already come back to the base buzzing with excitement and asking, “When’s the next one?” Their determination, team spirit, and sheer joy made it a truly inspiring experience.

We’re now welcoming new and returning participants every Monday from 4:30–6:30pm. Whether you're just getting started or looking to move up to the next level of the DofE Award, we’re here to help!
