Come and enjoy a 6 week workshop delivered to teach meditation, self defence and mindfulness. Develop self confidence and better decision making.

We are also running an Open Access session where you can get involved in interactive discussions/debates, meet with our youth workers for support and advice. Play board games, PS5, table tennis/pool table and much more.
